We are looking for full-time Support Associates to join our Support team in Bratislava from August 2026!

What you'll be doing

Processing incoming live chats from our customers, venues and courier partners

Developing our support function together with the support team as well as other teams within Wolt

Ensuring that the delivery operations run smoothly, providing support for our restaurant and retail partners

Supporting our Czech and Slovak market

You already have some experience in a customer-facing role, and you are passionate about service

This is a shift work position. You can work mornings, evenings and weekends - We are available to our clients seven days a week from 7:00 am to 1:00 am.

You are fluent in Slovak language and you have professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2)
