Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and drive brand loyalty.

Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve sales and service targets.

Manage all aspects of store operations, including stock, rotas, and merchandising.

Maintain high standards of compliance, health & safety, and store presentation.

Analyse sales performance and respond to commercial opportunities.

Consistently deliver against KPIs and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Department Manager .

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.

Commercially aware with the ability to drive sales and profitability.
