What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
• Create a positive culture where colleagues can thrive and grow their careers
• Drive commercial performance through exceptional customer service and strong leadership
• Take ownership of store results, KPIs, and operational excellence as Store Manager
• Lead from the front, delivering an outstanding experience for every customer
• Oversee key store operations including rotas, compliance, stock management, and standards
• Work closely with a supportive network of experienced local Store Managers and regional leaders
• Champion the Vision Express brand in everything you do

What We're Looking For

• Previous people management experience within a retail environment
• Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager or similar leadership role is highly desirable
• A passion for developing colleagues and building engaged, successful teams
• Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Experience working in a KPI-driven, sales, product, or performance-focused environment
• Commercial awareness and a track record of delivering results
• A confident communicator who can inspire, coach, and influence others
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to lead from the front in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine passion for customers, colleagues, and the Vision Express brand

Optics experience is not required – we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
