What You’ll Do
•Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team •Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences •Drive store performance, sales growth and key business objectives •Support the delivery of eye care services using the latest optical technology •Ensure your store is operationally excellent, compliant and customer focused
