What You’ll Do

· Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team with a clear, objective leadership style

· Create a culture of exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on NPS and customer outcomes

· Take full ownership of store performance, driving sales, productivity, and operational excellence

· Use data, insight, and customer feedback to continuously improve the in-store experience

· Embed consistent ways of working following the store’s transition to an operated model

· Oversee all aspects of store operations including compliance, stock, and team planning

Earn monthly bonuses on top of your salary. Store Managers can earn up to £1,190 per month in bonus, plus uncapped commission, rewarding both individual and team performance. Your leadership drives results — and it pays off.

What We’re Looking For

· Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader

· Strong people leader with an objective, performance-focused approach

· Passion for delivering excellent customer experience, with a clear understanding of NPS

· Commercially astute with the ability to interpret data and drive performance

· Confident communicator who can engage, coach, and challenge a team

· Experience managing change or transitions would be highly beneficial
