The Role

As Store Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operations of your store. You’ll have the autonomy to run your business your way—driving sales, leading your team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities include

Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing store team

Driving sales performance and delivering on key KPIs

Creating an engaging, well-presented, and commercially strong store environment

Managing stock, costs, and operational efficiency

Ensuring high standards of customer service, compliance, and health & safety

Analysing performance and implementing improvements to maximise profitability

About You

Proven experience as a Store Manager (or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up)

A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment

Commercially aware with a strong understanding of driving sales and controlling costs

Passionate about developing teams and delivering great customer experiences
