About the opportunity
We are looking for an Associate to join our Payments team. You will play a pivotal role in co-driving the segment strategy along with your product counterpart and ensuring the successful delivery of high impact initiatives with cross functional teams.
Do you have hands-on leadership experience with EU banking payment projects and developing payment rails?
Do you love solving complex problems using SQL for data analysis, creating business cases, as well as P&L, and KPI monitoring?
Do you enjoy complex project management and aligning with multiple stakeholders on complex banking payment products?
Become a central point of contact and connection between internal and external stakeholders for the Payments domain.
Collaborate in a cross functional team environment on a daily basis. Collaboration with key stakeholders such as Product & Tech, Data, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing.
Drive and support strategic payment rail projects end-to-end.
Manage and develop external relationships with our key vendors.
Manage and optimize data related to Payments. This includes constantly reviewing data to gain a deeper understanding of the products / projects under your supervision, ensure their performance is in line with SLA’s and constantly identify new opportunities.
Actively shape the Payments OKRs and strategic roadmap development.
Fully leverage and further develop critical business skills including quantitative and qualitative analysis, project management, communications, stakeholder management and leadership in a high-functioning team environment.
Conduct analyses to optimize P&L and volumes related to Payments.
Minimum of 3 years in fintech, banking, consulting, or startup environments with a focus on payments.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or related field from a top-tier institution.
