About the opportunity
We are seeking a highly driven Steering & Planning Associate for our Grow & Engage domain, specifically focusing on the Subscriptions segment.
You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between strategy and execution, helping N26 grow and run better by translating ambitious goals into clear KPIs and tangible results. In this role, you will be part of a high-impact team that acts as a strategic partner to leadership, driving customer value and business growth across our core revenue lines.
Lead project management of external initiatives, supporting our Partnerships team to operationalize strategic partnerships
Own recon and partnership operations, establishing operational discipline and ensuring smooth daily execution
Drive KPI discipline, leading regular performance reviews and ensuring progress against core company targets
Monitor performance and optimize outcomes, including product KPIs, unit economics, and external partner delivery against SLAs
Identify growth opportunities, proactively conducting ad-hoc deep dives and drawing crisp insights to shape our Subscriptions roadmap
Act as a subject matter expert, developing a deep understanding of business drivers, the requirements landscape, infrastructure, and processes
Act as the central connector across teams and partners, aligning stakeholders (Product, Tech, Data, Legal, Growth, Finance, etc.), resolving blockers, and driving execution on complex, high-impact topics
Minimum of 3 years, preferably in fintech, banking, consulting, or startup environments
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or related field from a top-tier institution
Proven experience in making data-driven recommendations and working on cross-functional projects
Strong problem-solving ability to structure and define analyses to draw innovative conclusions
