Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.

You'll be able to work on exciting, innovative, and technically challenging work, supporting a major company strategy.
As a Staff Engineer, you will lead the development and refinement of major subsystems. Responsibilities include creating and refining product features, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, identifying patterns for streamlined development, and presenting technical and product insights to stakeholders. At the staff full-stack level, you’ll set a technical vision, delivering flexible, efficient, and scalable solutions aligning with business needs.
Designing Future States: Shape our technical systems’ future state by aligning high-level product goals with a deep understanding of existing systems, guiding strategic technical and product decisions for both short and long terms. Leadership in Action: Lead engineers across teams in crafting technical solutions, engaging in
