About the role: What's in the Box
As Staff Marketing Analyst (all genders) you will serve as the primary strategic architect for the Global Reactivations function, moving beyond tactical execution to own the technical roadmap and measurement frameworks that drive high-level business strategy. You will bridge the gap between complex data ecosystems and executive decision-making, acting as a force who scales the impact of the entire analytics domain. Your expertise in CRM Analytics, combined with a knack for storytelling through data, will directly influence the ability to reduce churn impact and optimize our channels along with marketing spend.
What you’ll do: The Recipe
Partner with Marketing and Growth leadership to define KPI trees and measurement frameworks that align global reactivation efforts with long-term business goals.
Architect advanced analytics solutions using BigQuery, GA4, and behavioral datasets to uncover deep insights into churn patterns and lifecycle optimization.
Design and analyze rigorous A/B tests and incremental lift studies to ensure global marketing strategies are rooted in statistical truth and clear ROI.
Lead the integration of AI and automation tools to build scalable, self-service reporting assets that democratize data access across the organization.
Develop automated reporting and dashboards that democratize data access and enable self-service analytics.
Advocate for technical excellence by standardizing data schemas and mentoring junior analysts in SQL/Python best practices and peer review.
Translate complex statistical concepts into persuasive, executive-level narratives that influence strategic decision-making and global budget allocations.
Work with wider teams to analyse and provide recommendations based on customer lifecycle data.
What you’ll bring: The Ingredients
7+ years of experience in Customer/Marketing Analytics, including customer retention metrics, A/B testing, and analytics in fast-paced B2C or subscription
