About the role: What's in the Box

The service provider will collaborate with HelloFresh's GenAI Enablement Squad, a cross-functional unit building AI capabilities that drive measurable impact across engineering and business operations. In this role, the contractor will provide technical leadership across foundational AI platform capabilities that enable teams to build, deploy, and scale AI solutions reliably and efficiently.

This is a hands-on technical delivery engagement. The external expert will set technical direction, provide technical guidance to engineers, and directly contribute to building core platform capabilities such as model gateways, routing systems, shared agent infrastructure, plugin ecosystems, and developer tooling. The initiative operates at the intersection of AI and
