A growing real estate firm in London is looking to hire a newly qualified accountant to join its finance team. This is a newly created role due to the growth of the business and its large portfolio. This role is ideal for candidates making their first move out of practice, with a strong grounding in audit and financial reporting.
Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting
Review and analyse financial statements across multiple entities
Assist with consolidations and reporting packs for senior management
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation
Liaise with external auditors and support year-end audit processes
Contribute to process improvements and internal controls
Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA newly qualified or equivalent)
Strong audit background (ideally trained in a leading accounting firm environment)
Solid technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS (US GAAP exposure a plus)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams
