As Sr. Field Marketing Manager for Italy, Spain and Israel, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation and business growth across the region. You will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative regional marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads, convert them into opportunities, and build a robust sales pipeline. This cross-functional role requires close collaboration with teams across Marketing, Sales Development, Sales, Partner Management, and other field teams. You will initially report to the Director, EMEA Continental Marketing.
The impact you’ll have
Build the territory strategy with sales stakeholders and execute regional marketing programs
Lead end-to-end execution of all regional field marketing programmes and events, both physical and virtual, ensuring seamless delivery and high engagement. This includes onsite execution with occasional multi-day travel (currently no travel to Israel until further notice)
Build data-driven and integrated marketing plans in close alignment with corporate and EMEA marketing to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.
Evaluate and execute the most effective partner and third party event co-marketing opportunities
Effectively manage budgets and evaluate ROI of all campaigns
Collaborate closely with SDR and sales teams to enhance lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
Generate qualified leads through innovative and cost-effective marketing strategies, driving pipeline growth, consumption and revenue
Leverage data to continuously refine and optimize campaign strategies, ensuring sustained business growth and programme optimization
