We are now looking for a Senior Manager, HR Data & AI Platform to join our Talent Intelligence organization.
In this role, you’ll help shape the future of AI-native people analytics and talent intelligence platforms. You’ll work at the intersection of Data Engineering, AI/ML infrastructure, analytics, and strategy, helping evolve our ecosystem from traditional analytics products into scalable, flexible, AI-powered experiences and tools.
This is a highly cross-functional and impactful role for someone who enjoys building platforms, solving complex data problems, and operating in a fast-moving environment with significant greenfield opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
Lead the strategy and development of scalable HR data and AI platform capabilities
Drive improvements across data architecture, infrastructure, and production tooling
Partner closely with Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Scouting teams to build flexible AI-native so
