The Unified Platform powers the core financial infrastructure behind Adyen’s platform - from how transactions are processed to how financial data is stored, monitored, and configured. It plays a critical role in ensuring that payments, accounting, reporting, and reconciliation work seamlessly across all products and customer segments.

We are currently hiring four Software Engineering Managers within the Unified Platform. These teams work on different parts of the platform but share a common mission: building scalable, reliable systems that power Adyen’s global financial ecosystem.

Depending on your experience and strengths, you may join one of the following domains:

Transaction Platform Build and support Adyen’s core transaction platform by providing a highly available API to store and retrieve transaction data and events across the system.

Storage & Scale Design and evolve the storage architecture behind Adyen’s financial systems, ensuring our data infrastructure can scale reliably as transaction volumes grow.

Finance Observability Enable transparent and reliable financial operations by building monitoring and alerting systems for critical financial flows across the platform.

Unified Configuration Create a consistent platform experience by standardizing internal infrastructure and configura
