We are currently hiring 2 Software Engineering Managers within the Unified Platform. These teams work on different parts of the platform but share a common mission: building scalable, reliable systems that power Adyen’s global financial ecosystem.

Unified Configuration Create a consistent platform experience by standardizing internal infrastructure and configuration systems that power Adyen’s financial products.

Finance Observability Enable transparent and reliable financial operations by building monitoring and alerting systems for critical financial flows across the platform.

What you’ll do

Lead, grow, and mentor a team of 5–7 engineers building critical components of Adyen’s financial infrastructure.

Guide the design and development of scalable distributed systems using Core Java, web services, queueing frameworks, REST APIs, and SQL/PostgreSQL.
