The Role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our core teams building out Adyen’s Issuing Platform. This is a high-impact, high-stakes domain that is foundational to our Financial Products offering.

In this role, you won’t just manage a team; you will own the technical direction and execution of a platform that processes millions of transactions and powers our clients' global growth. You will be responsible for scaling our card issuing capabilities and advancing our wallet offering (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay) while maintaining the highest possible standards for reliability, performance, and security.

What You’ll Do

Drive the Roadmap: Develop and execute the technical roadmap for expanding our card issuing, network tokenization, and wallet integration services, translating ambitious business goals into world-class technical reality.
