Join the pioneering Servicing International team at the forefront of Affirm's global expansion, building the foundational platform to launch our products into a new generation of international markets. This role will focus on two critical parts of the user journey: purchase protection, including disputes and refunds, and agent tooling, which is essential for our agents to offer the best support possible to our customers—both significant areas of investment to ensure trust and satisfaction for our newest customers. The team collaborates closely with European engineering counterparts and engineers across our global Servicing Engineering organization to build cohesive, scalable solutions, and you'll play an active part in that.
