Job Description

About Skyscanner

Everyone loves travelling, but planning is not without its challenges ✈️ That's why we've spent 20 years building tools that turn travel-planning chaos into a breeze. Today, around 160 million travellers count on us every month to skip the whole “47 browser tabs open” phase and find flights, cars, and hotels quickly and easily 💻

Joining Skyscanner means becoming part of a global brand that's striving to become the planet's go-to travel hack accessible for all 🌍

Our vision? To be the world's number one travel ally. (Ambitious? 💪 Yes, but, hey, that's what got us here)

About the role Hybrid

You’ll join our Packages team, owning the experience end-to-end and helping scale it into a flagship Skyscanner product as we grow this exciting new travel vertical. You won’t be building in isolation. This role partners closely with teams across engineering, product and data to unlock new capabilities and create seamless, end-to-end travel experiences.

This is a great fit if you enjoy a bit of ambiguity, where ideas are tested, refined and quickly turned into real products. With AI-powered tooling and modern engineering practices, you’ll help accelerate how we design and deliver, keeping quality high while moving at pace.

Your work will directly shape how people discover, compare and book their trips, making travel planning feel simpler, faster and more intuitive. You’ll take ownership of key workstreams, balancing hands-on engineering with guiding technical direction, while learning from every launch as we experiment, iterate and continuously improve.

What you’ll be doing

Evolving search and pricing experiences: You’ll lead the delivery of enhancements across pricing and discovery—like flexible dates, region-based search and smarter ways to explore—helping travellers find options that truly fit their plans.

Designing scalable backend capabilities: You’ll build the services that power features like maps, hotel reviews, rich filters and amenity attribu
