The Role As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining internal applications and automation tools that support and improve core business processes. You’ll work across both front-end and back-end development, delivering scalable, production-ready solutions primarily built in Python.
A key part of this role will involve working extensively with containerised environments, with Docker playing a central role in how applications are built, packaged, deployed, and maintained. You’ll be expected to take ownership of container-based development workflows and help ensure consistent, reliable deployment practices across systems.
You will also work with cloud technologies and modern engineering practices to support the ongoing evolution of the company’s technical landscape. Strong Python development experience, including building applications, services, or APIs
Solid experience across both front-end and back-end development
Strong, practical experience with Docker and containerised application development (essential)
Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments
Understanding of modern software delivery practices, CI/CD, and scalable system design
A pragmatic mindset with the ability to deliver robust, production-ready software
