Showroom Manager, Bath

REED Business Support in Bath is working in conjunction with a business based in Bath in their search for a Showroom Manager. Our client is looking for a warm and friendly Manager with sales experience to join a successful and well known brand with a stunning office in Bath.

This is a permanent role

£35,000 + benefits

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

As Showroom Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day success of the business. You will lead and inspire a motivated sales team, ensuring the showroom consistently exceeds customer expectations. Your focus will be on driving strong sales performance, building lasting customer relationships, and creating an engaging, professional retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operation of the showroom, maintaining a welcoming and inspiring environment

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive showroom growth

Deliver ongoing training in product knowledge and customer engagement

Monitor sales performance and customer feedback, using insights to continually improve services and offerings

About You

Proven experience in showroom / retail sales management

A confident and supportive leader, capable of motivating teams and fostering a positive working culture

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

Strong analytical ability, able to interpret sales data and turn insights into action

Comfortable using sales systems and technology to improve efficiency

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term client relationships
