Service Delivery Manager – GLA Account London (Hybrid, client-site focused)

We’re looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of recruitment services across a portfolio of high-profile public sector clients.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage multiple stakeholders, lead a delivery team, and ensure consistently high standards across complex MSP recruitment programmes. What you’ll be doing

Managing end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple client accounts

Acting as the main escalation point for service and delivery issues

Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders

Leading and supporting a team of Resourcing Business Partners

Managing supplier performance and relationships

Driving service improvements and operational efficiencies

Supporting implementation projects and contract delivery

What we’re looking for

Experience in a Service Delivery Manager role within MSP or RPO

Strong stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities

Experience leading teams in a delivery environment

Supplier management experience

Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused

Nice to have

HR knowledge or exposure to employment processes

Experience working across complex or public sector accounts
