Location: Bradford/Hybrid

Salary: £38,194 per annum

Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm

What You'll Do

As a Service Charge Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of our housing services. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and managing service charge accounts for our properties.

Conducting detailed financial analyses to ensure transparency and accuracy.

Liaising with property managers and residents to resolve queries and concerns.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Preparing year-end financial statements and budgets.

Supporting the team with monthly reporting and forecasting.
