We are looking for a SEO & AI Intern to join our SEO team in Milan.

As a SEO & AI Intern, you will play a key role in transforming and optimizing our marketplace and content for millions of patients in Italy. Your mission will be to support doctolib.it domain traffic growth: you will analyze and challenge the content, technical and strategic domain status quo, finding and implementing innovative solutions with the support of our AI framework. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in content and technical SEO, project management, and AI — all within a mission-driven and dynamic environment.

What you'll do

As a SEO Intern, you will support us on

Technical SEO: you'll contribute to tech SEO activities (crawlability audits, indexing, Core Web Vitals, rendering) to make our domain increasingly accessible to crawlers and users.

Content SEO: you'll help develop content strategies that leverage our strengths, aiming to attract qualified traffic and turn it into concrete conversions.

Keyword research and on-page optimization: you'll handle keyword research and optimize meta tags, titles, headings, UX and content structure from an SEO perspective.

Cross-functional collaboration: you'll work closely with the Italian B2C Marketing team to ensure the features and benefits of our service are communicated clearly, and that cross-channel strategies' traffic reach is maximized.

Data analysis and reporting: you'll monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Semrush, and more — contributing to the creation of periodic reports on organic traffic t
