As a Senior Manager in Transfer Pricing Services within the professional services industry, you'll oversee the delivery of high-quality tax advisory and compliance services. Based in London, this role ensures clients meet their transfer pricing obligations while providing strategic insights to support their business goals.

Their Bristol office is a major regional hub, supporting clients across the South West and beyond, with specialist expertise spanning tax, M&A, advisory, technology and consulting services. The office works with businesses across sectors including financial services, technology, aerospace, defence, consumer markets and energy.

Due to continued growth within the Transfer Pricing team, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Manager to join the Bristol office. This position offers exposure to a broad and varied client portfolio, significant autonomy, and the chance to play a key role in the future growth of the regional practice

Description

As a Senior Manager within the Transfer Pricing team, you will lead the delivery of advisory and compliance engagements for a diverse client base including privately owned businesses, high-growth companies, FTSE-listed organisations and international groups.

Key responsibilities include

Providing technical transfer pricing advice across a broad range of sectors

Managing and developing long-term client relationships

Acting as the primary contact for clients and key stakeholders

Delivering transfer pricing documentation and advisory projects

Managing multi-jurisdictional engagements from initiation through to completion

Collaborating with international tax, indirect tax and wider advisory teams

Managing project budgets, billing and engagement profitability

Supporting tax authority enquiries and advance pricing agreement projects

Coaching, mentoring and developing junior team members

Identifying and converting new business opportunities

Contributing to business development initiatives and market propositions

Reporting project progress and key commercial considerations to senior leadership

Profile

To be considered, you will possess

Extensive Transfer Pricing experience gained within practice or industry

Strong technical expertise across transfer pricing compliance and advisory services

Experience managing client relationships and leading complex projects

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving

A proven track record of developing and mentoring junior professionals

An interest in business development and growing client relationships

You will ideally hold one of the following

CTA, ACA, ACCA or CA qualification; or

Degree or postgraduate qualification in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law or a related discipline

£85,000 - £105,000 base salary
