The role
As part of our global recruitment team, you will dive directly into our high-priority Warsaw hub to accelerate our tech transformation. Over a focused 6-month contract, you will own full-cycle recruitment for complex engineering roles, matching top-tier software and data talent with our specialized squads. Navigating a competitive Polish market, you will execute targeted sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber professionals and introduce them to our engineering culture. Acting as a trusted partner to tech leaders, you will use local market insights to optimize pipelines and drive immediate hiring velocity for critical openings.
What you’ll do
Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for specialized software engineering, and data science disciplines within our expanding Warsaw hub.
Partner closely with Engineering Managers and Directors to align on role capabilities, establish accurate scorecard metrics, and drive efficient hiring decisions.
Build robust, diverse candidate pipelines using highly creative sourcing methodologies across specialized platforms, local networks, and technical communities.
Master localized compensation models, including standard employment schemes and B2B contracts, to guide candidates seamlessly through final negotiation stages.
Manage a transparent, communicative candidate experience from initial outreach down to offer extension, ensuring high satisfaction regardless of the application outcome.
Leverage data tracking and recruitment analytics to proactively surface funnel blockers and optimize pass-through rates with your hiring stakeholders.
