At Trustpilot, our mission is “Trustpilot Everywhere.” This role is a unique opportunity to own, build, and launch the next evolution of our app partner programme transforming it into a scalable, AI-enabled ecosystem that accelerates growth, ensures quality, and unlocks partner-led innovation.

As Senior Tech and Platform Partnerships Manager, you will move beyond traditional partnership management to lead and operationalise a future-proof partner programme, embedding AI capabilities and low-code/no-code solutions to enable partners to build, scale, and deliver high-quality integrations efficiently. You will be accountable for end-to-end programme launch and success, ensuring it drives acceleration, improving integration quality, standardisation, and scalability across Trustpilot’s partner ecosystem to support adoption, unlocking new revenue opportunities, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

By bringing greater consistency and focus to how we manage partner-built integrations, you will play a critical role in scaling Trustpilot’s app partner programme and amplifying Trustpilot’s global presence.

What you’ll be doing

Own the design and launch of the partner-facing component of Trustpilot’s new app Partner Programme, defining the vision, structure, success metrics, and rollout plan

Lead partner go-to-market and internal launch activity, ensuring strong alignment across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, GTM, and partner teams.

Establish scalable onboarding, certification, enablement, and lifecycle frameworks for app partners.

Work closely with product to embed AI and low-code/no-code capabilities to support scalable partner
