As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Doctolib Germany, you'll be instrumental in building exceptional Sales & Operations teams that drive our ambitious growth in the German market. Top Funnel Excellence: You will develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies focused on top-funnel optimization to attract top-tier Sales & Operations talent in Germany's competitive market

Market Positioning & Brand Building: In collaboration with our central Employer brand Talent Marketing team, you will craft compelling employer value propositions tailored to the German market, establishing Doctolib's presence and credibility in a landscape where our brand recognition is still developing

Outbound Recruitment Mastery: You will spearhead proactive talent sourcing initiatives, building robust pipelines through advanced outbound techniques, market mapping, and competitive intelligence to identify and engage passive candidates

Advanced Stakeholder Management: You will lead high-level stakeholder partnerships, serving as a strategic advisor to Sales & Operations leadership teams, translating business objectives into actionable talent acquisition strategies while managing expectations across multiple senior stakeholders
