Senior Stock Administrator

Our Legal team at Asana works collaboratively across functions to achieve our ambitious mission of fostering effortless teamwork for everyone. We are a tightly-knit and cooperative group committed to supporting teams throughout the organization, ensuring they have the necessary resources for success while protecting Asana's core values and interests. As our Senior Stock Administrator, you will help scale our stock administration function globally by managing end-to-end processes on E*TRADE Equity Edge Online. You will partner with Finance, Payroll, and People teams to navigate challenging issues and ensure our global Asanas are supported. This role can either be fully remote depending on which US state you live in, or based in on of our US offices with an office-centric hybrid schedule. If based in-office: The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve

Utilize your stock administration experience to administer Asana’s stock programs for all Asanas in the U.S. and globally.

Maintain Asana’s stock data using E*TRADE’s Equity Edge Online (EEO) platform and manage custom reports to ensure data accuracy.

Provide a superior level of customer service by supporting employee understanding of stock awards, programs, and policies.

Manage complex integration projects and coordinate with internal partners in Legal, Finance, Payroll, and People teams.

Drive efforts to scale the function by enhancing manual processes, automating workflows, and evaluating service providers.

Collaborate with internal and external SOX auditors and assist with the administration of 10b5-1 trading plans.
