Senior Specialist, Industry Solutions

Our mission is to position MongoDB as an optimized platform for AI‑enabled industry solutions and to deeply understand enterprise customers, their business context, and how they can modernize through artificial intelligence and data‑driven architectures.

As a Senior Solutions Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of technology, integrations, and field enablement. You will own complex validation workstreams with partners, lead the technical strategy for key integrations with the MongoDB ecosystem, and translate deep technical findings into clear, outcome‑oriented guidance for internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do at MongoDB

In this role, you will

Own and lead complex solution validations across partner and customer technologies (for example: security tools, backup and recovery platforms, GenAI solutions, IoT/MQTT and streaming platforms), becoming a recognized subject‑matter expert in one or more domains over time

Design, plan, and execute integration test strategies that ensure solutions are robust, performant, secure, and aligned with recommended MongoDB patterns, including clear definitions of scope, success criteria, and risks
