Senior Site Services Manager

About The Team: As the Senior Site Services Manager, you will lead all aspects of facilities and maintenance operations across the site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment. You'll oversee building and equipment maintenance, contractor and vendor relationships, budgets, and compliance, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Leading a team of Facilities colleagues, you'll inspire high performance, deliver against key KPIs and objectives, and ensure the site operates to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead, motivate, and develop the Facilities & Maintenance team to achieve outstanding performance and help every colleague reach their full potential.

Oversee the day-to-day operation of site facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing working environment.

Manage and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Act as the first point of contact for colleague queries, working closely with HR, Training, and other support teams where required.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, reliability, and efficiency.

Lead facilities procurement activities, including tendering and RFP processes, to secure best value and effective facilities management solutions.

Implement and optimise central Building Management System (BMS) dashboards to improve visibility, control, and performance.

Manage facilities and maintenance budgets, identifying opportunities to maximise value while maintaining service excellence.

Build strong relationships with suppliers, evaluating contracts and negotiating commercial terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.

Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues, escalating complex challenges to the Facilities & Maintenance senior leadership team where appropriate.
