The role: What's in the Box
As search behavior evolves across Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Reddit, and other discovery surfaces, our SEO team is expanding its focus from traditional organic search to broader Organic Discovery: building the technical, content, and measurement foundations that help customers find us wherever dinner decisions are made.
As part of this team you’ll strengthen the technical SEO foundation across high-impact surfaces such as recipe pages, collections, and editorial content, as well as new AI/GEO discovery formats.
Since this isn’t a purely advisory role you’ll also diagnose complex SEO issues, translate them into scalable product and engineering requirements, partner closely with developers and product managers, and measure the impact of technical and programmatic SEO improvements across international markets.
What you’ll do: The Recipe
Owning the technical SEO strategy across HelloFresh Group websites, focused on crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data, internal linking, and international SEO.
Leading technical audits and turning findings into prioritized roadmaps.
Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to define SEO requirements for templates, migrations, content systems, automation, and sitewide technical changes.
Controlling international SEO workstreams including hreflang, canonicals, URL structure, duplicate content, and multilingual/multi-market visibility.
Building scalable SEO QA processes for launches, including pre-launch validation, post-launch monitoring, crawl checks, and structured data checks.
Driving programmatic SEO and automation initiatives, including XML sitemaps, internal linking logic, page creation workflows, and publishing guardrails.
Using SEO, analytics, crawl, ranking, and internal data to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and measure impact.
