Job Description

About Wolt

At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.

Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.

Wolt has been growing rapidly in Poland ever since we entered the market in 2018. We’re now in 23 cities and continue to expand fast - with even more exciting growth ahead.

What you’ll be doing

As we strengthen our presence in southern Poland, we’re looking for an experienced and driven (Senior) Sales Manager based in Kraków or Katowice to take the lead in driving restaurant acquisition and growth in the region. This is a key commercial role, where you’ll not only drive new partnerships with top-tier restaurants but also shape Wolt’s overall restaurant acquisition strategy in Poland.

You’ll work closely with our Restaurant Development team to ensure we’re building a high-quality, scalable restaurant base while maintaining Wolt’s signature focus on quality and service.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll

Leading the end-to-end sales process for high-potential and strategic restaurant partners - from prospecting to closing.

Identifying new business opportunities, market trends, and restaurant categories that can accelerate Wolt’s growth.

Managing and optimizing the sales pipeline, ensuring strong forecasting accuracy and data-driven decision-making.

Negotiating partnership terms with key stakeholders and ensuring long-term, profitable collaborations.
