About the opportunity
We are looking for a technically advanced Risk Controlling professional to bridge the gap between methodology and implementation. The role sits within the ICAAP Methodology & Analytics team and focuses on translating regulatory and methodological requirements into robust, scalable, and audit-proof technical solutions.
In this role, you will take ownership of implementing risk methodologies in Python, enhancing our internal risk tooling, and driving automation and data quality across risk processes. You will work closely with methodology teams, data engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that risk models and reporting processes are implemented efficiently, transparently, and in line with regulatory and audit requirements.

Implement risk models and methodologies developed across Risk Controlling (e.g. ICAAP models, capital and liquidity ratios) into production-ready Python solutions.
Enhance and maintain the internal risk controlling tool, improving scalability, robustness, and usability.
Translate regulatory requirements into audit-proof, automated processes, including controls and documentation standards.
Support the implementation of upcoming regulatory changes and new products.
Collaborate with data and engineering teams to establish reliable data pipelines and ensure high data quality and consistency.
Develop and maintain automated risk reporting processes and supporting infrastructure.
Ensure traceability, reproducibility, and transparency of all implemented models and processes (audit readiness).
