Senior Research Operations Specialist (f/m/x)

Work with HelloFresh in Warsaw and its HelloTech organisation, HelloFresh’s global technology backbone with more than 1000 people, building the digital products that power the end-to-end food experience. From meal kits and ready-to-eat meals to specialty offerings like pet food and premium meat & seafood, HelloTech creates the platforms that bring tailored food solutions to millions of customers every month. About the Role: What's in the Box

This role involves leading and optimizing the processes that empower the HelloFresh Tech team to deliver impactful insights. As a senior member of the growing Research Platform team within the Insights & Experience Innovation department, the service provider will be accountable for driving key initiatives across the organization, working closely with researchers, product teams, designers, and commercial stakeholders. The focus is to streamline operations, expand research capabilities, and foster cross-functional collaboration. This work directly impacts the ability to generate better customer experiences, shape product decisions, and drive business success.
