Take ownership of the firm’s ISAE 3402 assurance programme, including coordinating stakeholders, reviewing control findings and overseeing remediation activity.
Act as an internal technical accounting specialist, advising on complex and non-routine transactions.
Prepare technical accounting papers and supporting documentation for audit sign-off.
Monitor changes to financial reporting standards and assess their impact across the business.
Support accounting for acquisitions, disposals, development activity, debt restructurings and new entity onboarding.
Review quarterly management accounts and investor reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Contribute to finance transformation and process improvement projects, with a focus on improving controls, data quality and reporting efficiency.
Support the evaluation and implementation of new finance systems and reporting tools.
Deliver technical training and support the professional development of ACA and ACCA trainees within the business.
