Senior Recruitment Manager
To ensure a future with the best and most diverse talent for Adyen, we’re looking for an experienced leader to join our Global Recruitment Leadership Team in our Sao Paulo office. In this role you’ll be leading a team of Recruiters, in addition to being part of creating and driving our LATAM Talent Acquisition Strategy, while also contributing to our global strategy.
This role is based out of our Sao Paolo office. We have a hybrid workplace and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.
What you’ll do
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiters. Multiply knowledge and experience within the Global Recruitment Leadership Team as the Senior Recruitment Manager.
Partner with top leaders across the Tech and Commercial functions to create and drive a Talent Acquisition strategy that ensures high quality candidate assessments and process efficiency.
Lead global and local Recruiting projects on data usage, process improvements, DEI, rewards, employer branding, and candidate experience to constantly improve the Recruitment function.
Use people data and insights to identify trends, spot challenges, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by supporting initiatives and cultivating inclusive team environments.
