Senior Recruitment Business Partner - Operations
Our Global Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Business Recruiter to guide hiring initiatives for our EMEA Operations teams. Adyen provides a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can take charge of your professional growth and bring innovative ideas to life. In this role, you will act as a key partner to our hiring teams, focusing on identifying and attracting the high-caliber talent necessary to drive our organization's continued growth.
What you’ll do
In this senior role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment strategy for your designated EMEA teams.
You will drive company growth and enhance team quality by sourcing and engaging with top-tier talent in the market.
Serve as a talent advisor for HRBPs and Leadership, implementing strategies to improve talent standards throughout the EMEA region.
Promote data-driven hiring by providing hiring managers with actionable coaching derived from recruitment metrics and market insights.
Manage the entire candidate journey, overseeing everything from initial contact to final offer negotiations.
Contribute to the global team by sharing knowledge and best practices to develop the skills of the wider Talent Acquisition organization.
