ABOUT THE TEAM

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for conducting quality reviews of stakeholder activities and providing actionable feedback. This role ensures that quality standards are consistently upheld across assigned procedures, identifies gaps in processes, and analyzes trends. Additionally, the QA Analyst fosters cross-functional collaboration to align quality assurance practices with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Complete assigned sampling reviews in a timely manner in accordance with schedule

Stay up to date with process documentation and proactively highlight any discrepancies and ensure timely updates to observation and remediation

Actively participate in calibrations, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Identify process improvement opportunities and learning gaps, and communicate them effectively to senior management and other stakeholders

Ensure the highest quality and regulatory standards are upheld in all QA reviews

Analyze trends related to individual and process performance, and escalate relevant findings to the Team Lead or/and QA Specialist

Provide support to peers and area Analysts by responding to queries and maintaining a collaborative, professional relationship

Deliver constructive feedback using clear and respectful language

Collaborate with peers to enhance understanding of various area related (Operations Management) processes ( Member facing areas )

Strictly adhere to all Tide policies and procedures at all times

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Proficiency in English and French (written and verbal)

Proven experience in conducting Quality Assurance (QA) reviews and serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the financial services and fintech sectors

Hands-on experience in applying risk-based approaches to process evaluation and enhancement

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify emerging trends, process gaps, and quality issues

Exceptional communication, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities to support team development and performance improvement

Data-driven decision-maker, with expertise in reporting, trend analysis, and actionable insights generation

Proficient with QA and collaboration tools such as Confluence, and data platforms including Looker, Google Sheets, Lattice, and other performance tracking tool

Preferrable

2+ years experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), or customer interaction/handling within regulated financial environments
