The Role

Own the end to end product process for a core internal and client facing platform

Set and drive the product roadmap, balancing new feature development, optimisation, and platform quality

Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and delivery priorities

Lead discovery in ambiguous problem spaces and turn insights into testable solutions

Prototype quickly to validate ideas and accelerate learning

Work closely with engineering and data teams to deliver high quality, scalable solutions

Partner with client facing teams to ensure product decisions drive real commercial and operational impact

Embed AI capabilities into everyday workflows in a pragmatic, user focused way

Your Skills & Experience

Strong commercial experience operating as a hands on Product Manager in a lean environment

Proven ability to own prioritisation and execution end to end

Confidence leading discovery, problem framing, and validation with users

Experience working closely with engineering and data teams on complex platforms

Strong understanding of AI enabled product development and how to apply it responsibly and effectively

Clear, confident communicator who can engage senior stakeholders and challenge priorities constructively

Highly organised, delivery focused, and comfortable managing multiple streams of work
