We’re looking for a strong product leader to drive this vision forward!

As a Senior Product Manager on the Financial Platforms team, you will work at the core of Affirm’s backend financial systems and data infrastructure. You will be responsible for building foundational platform capabilities that power critical financial workflows and enable scalable integrations across engineering, data, and business systems. This role requires strong platform product thinking, technical fluency across APIs and data systems, and the ability to collaborate across engineering and cross-functional teams to drive impactful solutions. You will lead initiatives that improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency while supporting new products and business growth.

What you’ll do

Solve ambiguous problems. Solve complex and ambiguous platform problems, define execution strategies that balance short and long-term impact, and drive operational improvements across critical financial systems.

Own platform strategy and roadmap. Define product objectives and own the roadmap for foundational platform capabilities, integrations, and shared services that support financial operations and reporting workflows.

Drive scalable system design. Partner closely with Engineering and Data teams to define APIs, data contracts, platform interfaces, and migration strategies that improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
