Job Description

You’ll join the Sell Online Tribe, the group shaping how merchants bring their businesses to life online. We design and build tools that help millions of entrepreneurs, from barbers to retailers, sell their products and services anywhere. Our focus is on Sell Online, a portfolio of products that includes Online Store, Bookings, Payment Links, and Gift Cards. Each of them empowers different types of merchants to run their businesses online in a way that best suits their needs.. Together, they enable merchants to showcase their offerings, manage appointments, sell services and products, share payment links, issue gift cards, and get paid - all seamlessly from all kinds of devices.

Our Bookings product has seen incredible traction with micro-merchants, and we are now ready to scale our offering to support larger businesses. This is a pivotal moment as we double down on specialized verticals like Beauty and Wellness, building high-impact features like multi-calendar management, deposits, and advanced scheduling.

As we expand our reach across our entire ecosystem, we are growing our product team to ensure focused ownership and faster delivery. You will step in as a Senior PM to lead one of our dedicated squads, providing the strategic expertise needed to grow Bookings into its next ambitious phase.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute the long-term product strategy and vision for the Bookings ecosystem in alignment with organizational goals.

Own the roadmap for multi-platform appointment management tools, ensuring merchants have a seamless experience across web and mobile.

Identify and close critical feature gaps for a rapidly scaling merchant base, with a specific focus on advanced scheduling and business automation.

Synthesize qualitative merchant feedback and quantitative data into actionable product requirements that address core user pain points.

Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to prioritize and ship high-impact features on a consistent
