Senior Product Manager, APM - Observability

What is The Role

We’re eager to welcome an outstanding Product Manager to join the Elastic Observability product team, with a focus on APM, Synthetics and RUM capabilities. With your knowledge and understanding of the Observability domain, you'll help ensure that we give our customers the best end to end full stack Observability experience for the applications we monitor. This role significantly impacts the success of our Observability product!

What You Will Be Doing

Evolving our APM, Synthetics, and RUM experience, aligning at every step with organizational and company strategy.

Working closely across teams, collaborating with Engineering, UX, Design and other teams to bring top notch application monitoring experiences to our users.

Working with our Sales & Marketing teams on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.

Tracking user engagement and feedback to inform product and feature evolution.

What You Bring

Ideally 3+ years in product management or closely related area

Experience in APM and distributed tracing

Synthetic transaction monitoring and RUM experience are optional but highly desired

Comfort working with and converting abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions, working from the customer backwards

Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
