Senior Product Analyst

Are you a commercially minded Product Analyst who enjoys solving complex customer journey challenges? This is an opportunity to join a high-growth digital business where analytics sits at the heart of product decision-making. You'll have the autonomy to uncover opportunities, influence product strategy, and directly impact acquisition, activation, and conversion performance.
They are a fast-growing, customer-focused digital platform with a subscription-led business model and a strong product culture. Backed by significant investment, they continue to scale their user base and invest heavily in data, analytics, and experimentation capabilities. The business operates on a fully remote basis and offers a collaborative environment where analytics, product, engineering, and design work closely together to deliver measurable outcomes.
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth stakeholders to improve customer acquisition and conversion through data-driven insights.
Owning analytics across key customer acquisition and conversion journeys
Analysing user behaviour, product engagement, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities
Designing and evaluating A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
Defining event tracking requirements and support high-quality product instrumentation
Translating complex analysis into actionable recommendations for product teams
Influencing roadmap decisions through evidence-based insights
Supporting product discovery by identifying customer pain points and friction within the user experience
Building dashboards and self-service reporting solutions for stakeholders
Working closely with cross-functional teams to connect product performance with commercial outcomes
The successful Senior Product Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
Advanced SQL skills
Strong Product Analytics experience within a digital product environment
Experience analysing customer journeys, conversion funnels, and user behaviour
Knowledge of event tracking and product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar
Experience running or evaluating A/B tests and experimentation programmes
Ability to work independently and drive analytical projects from scope through to recommendation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven experience influencing product decisions through data and insights
Salary between £60,000 - £70,000 - depending on experience
