Senior Product Analyst

If you're a commercially minded Senior Data Analyst who enjoys shaping product decisions through data, this is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on a large-scale consumer platform. You'll work at the intersection of product, analytics, experimentation, and user behaviour, helping to improve customer experiences used by millions of people.
They are a well-established digital business with a large consumer audience and a strong focus on data-driven decision making. Operating within a fast-paced product environment, they invest heavily in analytics, experimentation, and technology to continuously enhance their customer experience.
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will partner with cross-functional product teams to drive better customer outcomes through insight, experimentation, and robust measurement practices.
Defining and maintaining metrics frameworks for key product areas
Establishing governance, measurement standards, and reliable performance monitoring
Leading the design of data products and partnering with engineering teams on implementation
Owning experimentation outputs and supporting hypothesis-driven product development
Providing data-informed recommendations to senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions
Evaluating product performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth
Planning and delivering analytical workstreams across multiple projects
Mentoring analysts and championing best practice across the wider analytics community
Contributing to analytics frameworks, training programmes, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
The successful Senior Product Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
Strong commercial experience working within consumer-facing product environments
Proven expertise in product analytics, customer journey analysis, and performance measurement
Experience designing, running, and evaluating experimentation programmes
Good understanding of statistical inference methodologies and testing frameworks
Familiarity with predictive analytics techniques and data-driven decision making
Strong SQL and Python skills
Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools
Understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data engineering fundamentals
Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience influencing senior decision-makers through insight and evidence
No more than 6 to promote diverse talent pool
Demonstrable capability in mentoring and supporting other analysts
Salary between £50,000 - £70,000 - depending on experience
Annual share award equivalent to 10% of salary
28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
