About Zego
Insurance hasn’t changed much in over a century. The way we live, work and travel has.
Good drivers are the entire point of Zego. Seven in 10 drivers on the road are consistently good, but until telematics came along there was no way to prove it, so nearly everyone paid a price based on averages. Zego is the company built to change that.
At Zego, we’re leading the AI evolution in insurance.
We move fast, without the layers that usually slow things down. AI takes the routine work off every team, from Finance to Product to Marketing, so people ship real code and launch custom dashboards in minutes. Engineering commits are entirely AI-assisted, which shifts the focus from team size to the quality of your thinking, and our data warehouse connects directly to an AI assistant for instant answers. Backed by a modern tech stack (Claude Code, Snowflake, Figma and Zapier) and a commitment to adopting new tools in days rather than quarters, you get complete ownership to do the most impactful work of your career.
Purpose of the role
As Senior Pricing Manager at Zego, you will be a key leader within the Commercial Product pricing function, responsible for shaping and executing pricing strategy across Personal Car products, markets, and customer segments. Operating at senior level, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership, influence company wide decision making, and help scale pricing capability as Zego continues to grow in the UK and Europe. You will set direction, provide thought leadership, and raise the standard of pricing across the organisation.

Own end to end pricing for a portfolio of products or initiatives, from strategic design through to launch, monitoring, and optimisation.
Lead pricing decisions for new propositions, market entries, and major commercial changes, ensuring clear rationale, governance, and alignment with business goals.
Develop and evolve pricing frameworks, methodologies, and performance metrics that can scale with the business.
Provide clear commercial insight and recommendations through data driven analysis, translating complex pricing outcomes into actionable decisions for non technical stakeholders.
Act as a thought leader for pricing, challenging existing approaches, driving innovation, and raising pricing maturity across the organisation.
Mentor and develop other pricing team members, contributing to capability building, best practice, and a high performance culture.
What you will need to be successful
Significant experience in Personal or Commercial Lines pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management, with demonstrated ownership of complex pricing decisions in a fast paced environment.
You’ve owned work from data through to deployment, worked with high-volume data and drove decisions independently.
You’ve advanced analytical capability and comfort working with data driven insights, models, and performance metrics, regardless of specific tools or languages used.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to simplify complexity and influence decision making at executive level.
Autonomy in a smaller setup and experience building, scaling, or improving pricing frameworks, governance, or operating models.
Demonstrated people leadership or coaching experience, with a track record of developing others and elevating team performance.
