This top law firm are looking for a highly analytical and commercially focused Senior Pricing Analyst to join their Pricing & Commercial function.
This is a strategic and visible role where you'll work closely with partners and senior stakeholders to shape pricing strategies, support complex client engagements, and deliver data-driven insight. It's an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, international matters while developing your commercial and financial expertise.
Key Responsibilities in this Senior Pricing Analyst role
Pricing & Commercial Strategy
Develop and maintain pricing models to support fee proposals and alternative fee arrangements (AFAs)
Support commercial negotiations and pricing strategies across a range of matters
Contribute to innovative pricing approaches, including technology-enabled solutions
Analysis & Insight
Analyse historical data, profitability trends, and pricing performance
Deliver actionable insights to improve pricing outcomes and commercial decision-making
Provide scenario modelling and financial analysis for complex engagements
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with senior stakeholders, including partners and matter teams
Collaborate with Finance, Business Development, Legal Project Management, and practice groups
Act as a trusted advisor, helping to build pricing capability across the business
Bids & Proposals
Support the development of pricing for complex and cross-border proposals
Assist in preparing client-facing materials, tenders, and panel submissions
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the development and enhancement of pricing tools, templates, and processes
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and commercial outcomes
Skills & Experience needed for this Senior Pricing Analyst role
Experience in pricing, commercial finance, or a similar analytical role
Background in professional services (ideally legal) is advantageous
Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills
Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex data
Confident communicator, able to present insights to non-finance stakeholders

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
Able to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders
