Senior Power Platform Developer required by a leading professional services organisation based in central Bristol.
Salary: up to £65,000 + 10–15% bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Power Platform Developer to join a busy and successful IT Development team. The role will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver enterprise-scale automation, applications and integrations across the Microsoft Power Platform. This is a senior position combining hands-on technical delivery with technical leadership, governance and mentoring responsibilities. Main Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, testing and release of complex solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform.
Work closely with stakeholders to analyse requirements and design scalable, efficient solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring and code review to developers within the team.
Define and promote development standards, best practice and governance across Power Platform solutions.
Ensure solutions meet appropriate security, data governance and change management standards.
Design and implement integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure services, APIs and third-party systems.
Work as part of an Agile/Scrum team, contributing to planning, estimation and delivery.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and ensure effective handover to support teams.
Provide high-level support and troubleshooting for business-critical applications.
Drive continuous improvement across processes, tooling and Power Platform capability.
Explore opportunities to utilise AI, automation and emerging Microsoft technologies.
The Ideal Candidate
Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
Strong experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions and leading technical design.
Experience working with integrations, APIs and Azure services.
Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, security and environment strategy.
Proficiency in JavaScript and/or C#.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and using Azure DevOps.
Strong analytical, methodical and problem-solving approach.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience mentoring and supporting junior developers.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Experience with Power BI and reporting solutions.
Experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, generative AI or intelligent agents.
Experience working within professional services.
Experience supporting digital transformation or business change programmes.
