About the Role
Signature Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a specialist pensions organisation in their search for a Senior Pension Administrator. Working within an experienced SSAS team, this position offers the opportunity to oversee complex pension schemes, provide trustee support and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for member-trustees.
Manage complex SSAS cases including retirements, death benefits, loan-backs and transfers.
Complete and submit Pension Scheme Returns, Event Reports, AFT returns and SA970 claims.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, accountants and intermediaries.
Oversee commercial property and connected-party transactions.
What We’re Looking For
2-3 years+ SSAS administration experience or equivalent trustee/governance experience.
Strong HMRC reporting knowledge.
Excellent stakeholder management and organisation skills.
