The opportunity.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Alliances Operations Analyst to join our global Alliances Operations team. This is the perfect role for a proactive individual who wants to make a tangible impact, contribute ideas, and grow their skills in a supportive, high-energy environment. What you’ll be doing.

As a vital contributor to our partner ecosystem, you will be responsible for the following:

Partner Lifecycle Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for our delivery partners, building strong relationships and proactively addressing queries.

Oversee the entire partner journey, from onboarding and training to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Operational Excellence

Collaborate with the Alliances Operations Lead to identify, implement, and document new processes to establish and share best practices globally.

Enforce data standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all partner-related data.

Resource & Commercial Alignment

Monitor the sales pipeline to forecast partner resource needs, ensuring alignment between sales and delivery teams.

Manage the deployment of partner resources to meet project demands and skill requirements.

Collaborate with commercial and legal teams to support the negotiation and finalization of partner contracts and rate cards.

Analysis & Reporting

Analyse partner data to create clear, insightful reports that help leadership make informed decisions.

Track and manage partner-related budgets, contract renewals, and invoice approvals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal Alliances, Delivery, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure information flows smoothly.

Advise partners on team development, including training and resourcing requirements, to build a center of excellence.

Requirements

What you’ll bring.

Proven Experience

You have solid experience in Alliances Operations, Partner Management, or a similar operational role, ideally within a technology or consulting environment.

Technical Skills

Data Analysis & Reporting: Good working knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to create and maintain reports.

Resource & Capacity Planning: Direct experience with resource and capacity planning for service delivery.

Commercial Awareness: Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, including supporting the drafting and negotiation of rate cards.

Systems: Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools (like Kantata) or CRM platforms (like Salesforce) is highly preferred.

Soft Skills

A natural and transparent communicator who builds trust.

A proactive, confident self-starter with a solution-driven approach.

Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.

A collaborative team player who actively works to connect people and information.

Enthusiasm for learning new tools and methodologies.
